Facial emotional processing is one of the most important activities in effective calculations, engagement with people and computers, machine vision, video game testing, and consumer research. Facial expressions are a form of nonverbal communication, as they reveal a person's inner feelings and emotions. Extensive attention to Facial Expression Recognition (FER) has recently been received as facial expressions are considered. As the fastest communication medium of any kind of information. Facial expression recognition gives a better understanding of a person's thoughts or views and analyzes them with the currently trending deep learning methods. Accuracy rate sharply compared to traditional state-of-the-art systems. This article provides a brief overview of the different FER fields of application and publicly accessible databases used in FER and studies the latest and current reviews in FER using Convolution Neural Network (CNN) algorithms. Finally, it is observed that everyone reached good results, especially in terms of accuracy, with different rates, and using different data sets, which impacts the results

Background and objectives: Preterm birth is a global health issue that occurs in every country. Every year, 15 million preterm infants are born worldwide, and one out of ten is a preterm infant. Sixty percent of preterm infants are born in developing countries. This study aimed to assess mothers' awareness regarding home care management of a preterm baby at the Rapareen Pediatric Teaching Hospital in Erbil in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Method: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Rapareen Pediatric Teaching Hospital in Erbil from the 7th of Oc-tober 2018 to the 15th of October 2019. A purposive, non-probability sampling technique was used, and 130 mothers were respectively recruited to the study. A questionnaire was developed by the researcher and the research data were collected by direct, face-to-face interviews. Descriptive statistics in the form of frequencies, percentages, and interferential chi-square test were used to analyze the data. Results: More than half (53.8%) of the mothers were 25-33 years old and the majority (77.7%) of them were housewives. The main finding of the study is that most mothers had a neutral level of awareness regarding thermoregulation, breastfeeding, vaccinations, and recognizing danger signs. At the same time, most of the mothers were not aware of the infection prevention, and there was a very high, statistically significant association between mothers' awareness regarding thermoregulation and occupation and a type of family. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant association between the mothers' awareness regarding breastfeeding and their residency and a type of delivery, and a statistically significant association between the mothers' awareness regarding infection prevention and their occupation and economic status. Finally, there was a statistically significant association between the mothers' awareness of vaccinations and their age and the type of delivery..

This study aimed at studying the geopolitical condition for the determinants of the Jordan Water security through the following objectives: clearing the effective demographic data on Jordan water security. Disclosing the impact of the Syrian crisis on the Jordan Water Security and recognizing the influence of climate characteristics on Jordan Water Security and clearing the impact of the geopolitical condition on Jordan Water Security. The study had employed the analytical descriptive method…and it concerns with specifying reality and collecting facts about it and analyzing its sides, with what shares in working on developing it. The study deduced results meaning that the geopolitical condition played a role in the lack of water, because of the geographic nature of Jordan, the thing that led to fewness of water resources and increase of population and the flow of the Syrian refugees. It1 appeared clearly that the geopolitical condition plays a significant role in availability or fewness of water for the same source of water. The study deduced a recommendation meaning; working on benefiting from the Jordan geopolitical condition in exploiting the water harvest and the scientific method in water-storing, and the necessity of working with the international organization to guarantee non-influencing the Jordan geopolitical condition and agreement with the states of adjacency on water shares
